We recently completed a lift installation in Wilton that brought something genuinely refined to a standout home. Located at 27 Oswald Street, this luxury residence by Hampton Building now features a Kalea Luna lift that combines Scandinavian design with an open, light-filled Australian layout.

The lift is more than just a functional addition. It complements the home’s architectural style and enhances the way the space works. This project reflects what can be achieved when good design, smart engineering and careful installation come together.

This home was designed to stand out. With its 5.7-metre ceilings, polished concrete floors and expansive glass frontage, Hampton Building had a clear vision. They wanted a lift that would not disrupt the clean, modern lines of the space, but rather sit naturally within it.

We began by working hand in hand with Hampton Homes. Because we weren’t involved from the drafting phase, it was important to catch up quickly and align with the home’s structural and design requirements.

Choosing the Right Lift: Kalea Luna

After assessing the space and understanding the desired look and performance, we recommended the Kalea Luna, a Swedish-designed residential lift known for its minimalist form and whisper-quiet operation.

Custom Manufacturing & Delivery

Once the specifications were locked in, the lift was custom-built by Kalea in Sweden. This allowed us to tailor everything, from the shaft size to the finishes, to suit the home’s unique structure.

Precision Installation by Our Team

The lift installation itself was completed over a 14-day period. Our technicians coordinated closely with the site manager to ensure all timelines were met without compromising on detail or safety. The polished concrete required extra care during anchoring and alignment but the final fit was flawless.
