Located in one of Wollongong’s sought-after tree-lined streets, this contemporary Torrens Title duplex was designed to deliver refined coastal living with an emphasis on quality construction, comfort, and modern design.
Each home was planned as a spacious multi-level residence, and the developer wanted to incorporate a residential lift that would provide convenient access between floors without compromising the clean architectural aesthetic.
Working closely with the developer during the design phase, we reviewed the floorplans to ensure a residential lift could be integrated within the home while maintaining the visual simplicity of the interior spaces.
Our focus was to design a lift solution that would:

Through collaboration with the developer, we refined the lift features and specifications to align with both the design intent and the project budget.

Because of the meticulous design requirements, the planning and approval process took longer than a typical project. However, this ensured the lift was integrated seamlessly into the final design.
