Three Torrens Title Townhouses – Easts Beach, Kiama
This coastal townhouse development overlooks the stunning Easts Beach in Kiama, designed to capture ocean views, natural light, and cooling coastal breezes.
Each residence was designed across three levels with multiple living areas and outdoor entertaining spaces. To enhance long-term accessibility and comfort, the development incorporated internal residential lifts to provide effortless movement between floors.
We were engaged during the planning stage of the development, allowing the lift systems to be properly integrated into the architectural design from the beginning.
Working with the developer, our team reviewed the proposed floorplans and confirmed the appropriate lift size and configuration to suit the layout of the homes.
Initially, lifts were specified for two of the three townhouses, ensuring the shafts and structural allowances were incorporated into the design. As the project evolved, the third residence was also updated to include a lift.

During the development process, the original developer was unable to complete the project, resulting in a significant pause in construction.
At this stage the first two lifts had already been ordered, requiring extended storage while the project transitioned to a new developer.
Following the change in ownership, we worked closely with the incoming developer to review the existing lift provisions and confirm the continuation of the original installations.
The updated development plan also included a lift in the third townhouse. Due to floorplan constraints, this required a different lift model to suit the available space.
Despite a shortened timeframe once the final specification was confirmed, we were able to source the lift and deliver it within the developer’s construction schedule.
OUTCOME
All three townhouses now feature residential lifts that provide convenient access across every level while complementing the modern coastal design of the homes.
The lifts support comfortable multi-level living while future-proofing the properties for long-term accessibility.
This project demonstrates the importance of flexibility and collaboration within residential developments.
