Six Residential Lifts in Premium Coastal Townhouses

This luxury townhouse development in Berry, NSW features six architecturally designed homes, each incorporating a residential lift as a central element of the property.
Because the lifts were positioned in highly visible areas within the homes, both aesthetic design and functionality were critical to the project. The developer requested lifts with extensive glass to maintain the openness and architectural style of the interiors.
We worked closely with the developer from the early planning and design stage to ensure the right lift system was selected and integrated into the building design.
Our involvement included:
• Reviewing architectural plans during the early design stage
• Providing lift specifications to support the development application (DA) process
• Assisting with construction planning to ensure lift requirements were incorporated into the building design
• Conducting site visits during construction to confirm shaft and structural requirements were correctly implemented
During installation we also made minor on-site adjustments to ensure the lifts were installed cleanly and aligned with the high standard of finishes throughout the development.
Each of the six homes now features a residential lift that provides convenient access between levels while complementing the architectural design of the properties.
The use of glass lift panels allows the lifts to feel light and open within the homes, reinforcing the modern aesthetic of the development.
This project marked an important milestone for our team.
